1. Free Warranty Extension: In addition to our regular 12-month warranty, Amazon or COOAU official buyers can extend the warranty on their COOAU products to 24 months.

2. Submit your Amazon or COOAU official Order ID to get warranty extended. You can check our rules as followed to ensure that you can apply for an extended warranty.

3. After registering with your Order ID, you can make a warranty claim on my product. You'll get a response on one business day. Note: Warranty extension is not valid for resold goods.

During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, COOAU will replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of COOAU and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor, parts charges and round trip transportation fee. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

· Products without sufficient proof of purchase
· Lost or stolen products
· Items that have expired their warranty period
· Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
· Free products or Repairs through 3rd parties
· Products are purchased from unauthorized resellers, dealers, distributors or other non-official or unauthorized stores or platforms.
· Products are marked as “sample” or “Not for Sale”, or sold “AS IS” or sent to you as “prototype”;

*The warranty extension is for the original buyer only and is NOT transferable. COOAU’s limited warranty extension is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
